Safety is emphasized and everyone learns how to walk safely in the proximity of a horse, and how to tie knots for quick release. Children and beginning riders will enjoy learning how to groom their horse. Using different brushes for different purposes there will be the joy of close contact and the beginning of a relationship with their horse. You will learn the importance of healthy hooves and watch how they are cleaned. Now, with more knowledge we saddle and bridle the horse. In the Arena you are shown how to have the horse move forward, back-up, turn left and right and most importantly, how to stop. Once these are mastered there is an obstacle course in the arena that you can complete to try out your new-learned skills and have the satisfaction of a full equine experience. Only your children, or the Partys beginners have this experience. I do not mix groups. What you have is the opportunity of personalized attention and experiencing a fundamental knowledge, joy and mastery of horses in a safe environment.
